David moved to the role of CEO in July 2010. Prior to this David held the position of COO since joining the company in January 2010. An experienced Manager, his gaming journey started in 2003, working in both B2C and B2B businesses at Ongame as Head of Development and VP, Director of Ongame Network, then later as Head of Operations for Microgaming.

Staffan moved to the role of Executive Vice President Strategic Business Development in July 2010. He is focused on International Business Development and is also a member of the Board. Staffan is a founding member of Nyx since it first started in 2006. After various leading sales & management roles at OMX, Capital C, Inificom, PostNet & Digital Equipment, he arrived at NYX Interactive.

| Lena Rönnlund, Chief Financial Officer
Lena joined NYX in October 2010. Previous to her role as CFO with NYX, she was CFO for Live Dealer provider Evolution Gaming AB and earlier Head of Accounting at both Redbet Holding AB and Paynova AB. Prior to this Lena spent several years with Ericsson Telecom, a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment.

Anna has been with Nyx Interactive since early 2007 starting as Project Manager.
